We create Muslim dolls, imaginative playsets, colouring books and faith-inspired products built around four important purposes: Faith, Representation, Imagination and Empowerment.
We are a small UK-based, family-run Islamic children’s brand created to help Muslim children feel seen, represented and proud of who they are.
Our dolls, playsets, colouring books and faith-inspired products allow children to enjoy imaginative play while seeing characters who dress like them, share their values and reflect the Muslim families and communities around them.
Because every child deserves to feel included in the stories they create.
Our Story
Little Hijabys was founded by Tuhfa, a Muslim mother of four.
As a mother, I wanted my children to have beautiful and affordable toys that reflected their faith, identity and ambitions. I wanted them to see Muslim characters within their play—not as an occasional addition, but as a natural and joyful part of childhood.
However, I also realised that representation alone was not enough.
A doll can be given to a child, but the experience should not end there. Our children also need us to sit with them, listen to their ideas and become part of their play.
As parents, we are our children’s first teachers. When we join them in the way they love learning most, play becomes an opportunity to teach faith, encourage their dreams and spend meaningful time together.
A simple moment on the floor can become a conversation about salah, modesty, kindness, charity, gratitude or helping others. It can also become a memory our children carry long after the toy itself has been outgrown.
That understanding led me to Little Hijabys: a brand where parents can teach, children can learn and dream, and families can enjoy the journey together
Children learn so much through play. The dolls they care for, the characters they imagine and the stories they create can all shape how they see themselves and others.
That is why Little Hijabys creates Muslim dolls and playsets that make modesty, faith, ambition and positive representation feel like a natural part of everyday childhood.
Our children should not have to choose between toys they enjoy and toys that represent who they are.

We want Little Hijabys to help children within our homes grow in faith, confidence and ambition. We also want the success of the brand to support children and families facing hardship around the world.
That is why we donate 100% of the profits remaining after business costs to Islamic charitable causes.

We believe that with Allah’s permission, a small business supported by its community can grow into something that creates lasting benefit for many people.
Our Eid Al-Adha 2027 Giving Goal
Our first major public giving goal is to donate:
£5,000 by Eid Al-Adha 2027
We aim to direct this contribution through a registered charity partner towards a clearly identified project supporting children and families in need, such as access to clean water or essential emergency support.
As the campaign develops, we will share:
• The charity partner and selected project
• Our progress towards the £5,000 goal
• Updates on how purchases are helping
• Confirmation when the donation is made
• Evidence and project updates received from the charity
